The company use documents credit card for checking the credibility of customers

If the customer have credit cards for the customer can to rent a car but the customer don’t pay credit card because the customer can transfer money for renting a car by cash or Bangking e-money transfer Application.

1. Customer's phone number

2. Urgent contact number for your relatives for receiving benefits from insurance 

3. Contact number of Thai friends

4. Places to pick the car for us 

5. ⁠Provide in the bank account number in Thais banks to refund the deposit. (If you do not have the bank account number in Thais, the company will refund your deposit on cash when you return the car. 

The customer can choose any branch you want to pick up your car at. There are six branches for your convenience from these locations

5. เช่ารถบางหว้า | ECOCAR rent-a-car BANGWA THONBURI (BTS Green Line BANGWA and MRT Blue Line BANGWA)

6. ECOCAR rent-a-car NONTHABURI Rattanathibet 22 (MRT Purple Line Bang Krasor)

The vehicle return that must be in the same condition as when the customer first received the vehicle.

If you return a car on late, there are company fine charges such as it's over 20 minutes that we are going to calculate as a hour fine charge and we are going to calculate on 1-day fine charge if you take a car rent back to us over 3 hours from the car rent contact.

And if you extend more car rent days, you will transfer the payment as your extend-days need before the last day. However, if you don’t transfer, the company will have a fine charge in 535 THB per day.

The company has opened daily since 8am to 8pm. If you pick up a car and return a car over 8 pm, the company will have a fine charge in 1,070 - 2,140 THB.

If you return a car in clean and a fully gasoline tank without a car accident damage and equipment lost, the company is going to return a fully deposit amount for you after returning a car rent on a day. In case that the customer returns early your car rent before the car rent contact-end date, the company will refund only a deposit. We are not going to refund any the following days payment. 

In the case, the customer has a car accident and you are a guilty or you can not find an opponent. If you do not purchase the additional insurance type 1

1. Rent payments will be paid during repairing / cost of uselessness on the according days for a car repaired at the garage.

2. There is a gasoline cost in 1,391 THB to take the car repairs in the event of an accident.

In the case where the customer has an accident and is at fault or cannot find a third party. If you do not purchase the additional insurance type 2

1. There will be a detak fee and an action save fee, which are the first damage costs in 5,350 THB per incident.

2. Rent payments will be paid during repairing / cost of uselessness on the according days for a car repaired at the garage.

3. There is a gasoline cost in 1,391 THB to take the car repairs in the event of an accident.

Optional insurance type 1 will cover only the deductible or deductible.
But if the additional insurance is type 2
There will be three protections as per the details sent.

Would you like the full-option SCDW insurance or not full-option SCDW insurance or not SCDW insurance !?

Basic insurance will be covered in the repairing cost about the company's car with a limit of 100,000 THB and the opponent's car. In the case of being at fault or unable to find a party. 

Customers can buy additional insurance or not. There are 2 selections to choose from: 

1. Costs for the not full-option SCDW insurance in 268 -536 THB per day to prevent only deductible fees. It does not include to protect the car rent during repairing and the gasoline cost in each accident case.

2. Costs for the full-option SCDW insurance in 536 -1,712 THB per day for the protection against deductible fees and a protect rent during repairing that there are Lack of benefits and fuel costs in 1,391 THB.
